Made by the Fujigen factory in 1978, the 2618 features an carved maple top with cream binding on a double-cutaway mahogany body attached smoothly to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound ebony fingerboard (628mm scale length). Weighs 4.4kg's. This one still has the original Ibanez Velvetune tuners and Gibraltar bridge but has been modded over the years to include vintage Dimarzio humbuckers with independent coil split toggles in place of the original tone knobs along with two volume knobs (contact us if you want it modified with two tone knobs for a fee).
Good vintage condition as pictured with a few light bumps and dings. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, frets are well played but are smooth with life left, neck is straight and the truss works as it should.
