Ordered by a customer in 1978, this is as close to a custom shop Stratocaster as you'll find from the Fujigen factory!
Sherwood Green Metallic finish with a matching '54 style headstock, it features an alder body with a slim C profile maple neck and bound 21 fret maple fingerboard, weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with the original Greco stamped tuners and six-point tremolo along with the original factory Vandzandt single coils in the bridge and middle and a Seymour Duncan in the neck position (IR stickered).
Good cosmetic condition as pictured with light wear and tear, these metallic models commonly have chips in the finish and this one's no exception. Given a full professional service prior to listing including a full fret level/crown/polish, truss adjustment, electronics flush and setup. The neck is straight and the truss works as it should. Has a purely aesthetic line along the back of the headstock along the tuner holes, no signs of it being a crack as it doesn't appear on the side of the headstock as pictured.
