Made by the Tokai factory for Fernandes in 1979, the FPB-60 is a rock solid vintage Precision Bass from a great era of Japanese manufacturing. Fernandes are some of the most underrated Fender-style instruments of the late 70's and early 80's, easily competing with higher end Tokai and Greco models.
Two-tone Violin Burst finish on an ash body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius, 42mm nut width), it weighs 4.4kg's. Appears all original as pictured with full sized machine heads, brass saddles and a brass nut along with a nice alnico pickup and full sized Japanese pots.
Good vintage condition as pictured with general wear and tear but no notable dings. Currently strung with flatwounds for a smooth pop, the truss works as it should and the neck is straight plenty of life in the shiny frets.
