One of the Japanese made Profile Silhouttes from the late 70's and early 80's, this one is a replica of the Fender '57 design with a sunburst finish on a solid basswood body, slim maple neck with 21 frets and compact headstock.
Weighing 3.5kg's, it looks to be all original except for a replaced neck plate. Loaded with Gotoh tuners and three alnico single coils (the neck one has an IR sticker) along with full-sized pots. The original medium-jumbo frets have plenty of life left.
Looks to be all original and it good cosmetic condition. Restrung with Elixirs prior to listing and plays and sounds great. Frets have light play wear but are shiny and clean, truss works as it should and the neck is straight. Strap button on the upper horn has been moved and there's a small hole where the original one was.
