Made by the Matsumoku factory in the mid 1960's, the UC-2 was a very vibey Jaguar style guitar that was sold under a few brand names in different countries. Offset body bolted to a nice rounded maple neck with a 21 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length, 41mm nut width), it weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with a pair of covered single coil pickups controlled by master volume/tone controls and three-way selector along with a Jag style tremolo system, this one seems to be all original.
Clean vintage condition as pictured with only basic wear and tear, no breaks or repairs. The neck is straight and the truss is working well, the frets are low and flat but still play smoothly.
