Made in Japan in 1967, the Guyatone V-12 wins the record for the longest headstock known to man. Hollowbody construction with a compact violin shape with a rounded neck profile and 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale, 44mm nut width), it weighs just under 3kg's. The original pickups were rewound and sound great and the pots and switches work as they should.
Reasonably good cosmetic condition for it's age as pictured and it plays nicely as it sits. There's a small area of damage on the side as pictured but it seems to be solid as it sits without any movement. The neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life, looks to have been regretted at some stage.
