Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in the mid 1970's, the 2453 was Ibanez's take on the Gibson Howard Roberts hollowbody.
Arched curly maple top with maple back and sides with a slim 60's style maple neck and 22 fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.2kg's. Loaded with the original Super 70 humbucker controlled by master volume, mid-range and treble knobs, it appears to be all original as pictured.
Good vintage condition, currently setup with flatwounds and plays great with a great neck angle and straight neck with a fully functional truss. The frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left.
