Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1976, the ES-700 was the Aria Pro II version of the Gibson ES-335. Maple top and back with a maple center block, mahogany sides with a mahogany set-neck construction and a bound rosewood fingerboard, weighs 3.6kg's.
Upgraded vintage tuners installed by the previous owner, it's loaded with the original Matsumoku humbuckers and sounds terrific.
God vintage condition as pictured with plenty of signs of wear and tear but no breaks or repairs. There's some slight binding shift in the cutaway and surface scratches to the body, received a deep clean and professional setup prior to listing. The neck is straight and the frets are shiny with life left.
