Japanese made by Fernandes in 1976, this FJB-65 could be one of the cleanest vintage basses we've ever had in the shop. Gloss black finish on the body with a maple neck/fingerboard with black block inlays and binding (7.25" radius, 38mm nut width), it weighs 4.3kg's. Appears all original including both pickup and bridge covers and the rosewood thumb rest.
Apart from some very light surface scuffs on the body and a few very small blemishes on the neck this is in exceptional condition for a bass that was built over 40 years ago. The hardware is all shiny with very little patina and the finish on the neck and body is shiny and smooth. The neck is straight and the truss works as it should, frets play well with plenty of life.
