Made by the Fujigen factory in early 1978, the EG-500 was one of Greco's iconic Les Paul models. Built with a sycamore body, lightly flamed maple top, slim 60's neck profile, a bound rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.8kg's.
Loaded with the original Maxon branded humbuckers, Greco branded tuners and the original Japanese bridge/tailpiece combo.
This one's in well loved vintage condition with some paint bubbling and cosmetic blemishes as pictured, no structural damage or repairs at all though. Given a basic setup prior to listing including a fret polish, fretboard oil and truss adjustment, the frets are fairly worn but still have life left and bend smoothly.
