Considered by many as an upgrade to the standard Les Paul design, the Yamaha SG series are some of the fullest sounding guitars you'll ever play. This SG-2000 was considered the holy grail of SG's by many and was the model of choice for Carlos Santana and John Frusciante.
Weighing in at 4.7kg's, it's built with a mahogany body, maple top, slim 60's mahogany thru-neck and an ebony fretboard (12" radius, 628mm scale length, 43mm nut width).
Loaded with the original Yamaha tailpiece, bridge and tuners along with the original SGH-1SOB pickups.
