Made by K Yairi in Japan in 1979, the Leo-J2 has a solid spruce top with a figured mahogany back/sides, ebony bridge and fingerboard, mahogany neck with a slight V profile (44mm nut width), it weighs 2kg's. Includes Yairi branded case. Rare to see these with the K Yairi branded signature in the top!
Very used condition as pictured with a few bumps and dings to finish on the body, received a restring and basic setup prior to listing including a fret polish and fretboard oil. Frets show some very light wear but are shiny and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss, plays well with a low action (2.5mm at the 12th fret low E).
