Made by the Fujigen factory in 1980, the SE-500 Super Sound was a very faithful replica of Fender's iconic 1954 Stratocaster. Solid ash body with a brown sunburst finish bolted to a maple neck with a '54 style soft-V neck profile, it weighs 3.4kg's. Maxon pickups controlled by a three-way selector and one-ply pickguard, there's some upgraded Gotoh tuners installed otherwise it appears to be all original.
Professionally serviced prior to listing, the neck is straight and the frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left. Cosmetically clean condition for it's age with light wear from general use but no breaks or repairs.
