The September 2010 issue of Guitar World ranked the Mockingbird as "the coolest guitar of all time".
Part of the NJ series, this was a Japanese made beast of a bass that will shake just about any wall you put in front of it. Made in the mid to late 1980's, it features a maple body, maple neck with a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (860mm scale length) and weighs just under 4kg's.
Given a full professional service and setup including a fret polish, truss adjustment and restring. Frets have plenty of life left and the neck is straight, seems all original except for a new rotary switch and tone pot for the Varitone EQ system.
