Custom built by ESP in Japan during the mid 1980's, this "Oldie Custom Model" Precision Bass was ordered by a customer and is truly a one-off instrument. Transparent red finish on an alder body bolted to a maple neck and 21 fret partially-scalloped rosewood fingerboard (39mm nut width), it weighs 4kg's.
Loaded with EMG pickups, spiral saddles and a full blacked-out hardware loadout, it looks to be all original. Fully serviced prior to listing, plays nicely with a straight neck, functional truss and plenty of life in the shiny frets.
