Made in Japan by Fernandes in the 80's, the BSV-80J was a short scale (610mm) flying V signature model for Jimmy of the Japanese band 44Magnum. 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, painted maple neck and an alder body. Loaded with two passive high output humbuckers and a top mount Head Crasher locking tremolo system, it weighs 3.1kg's.
Good vintage condition as pictured with a few bumps and dings from regular. Appears close to all original except for replacement locks on the nut, given a basic setup and service prior to listing, plays well as it sits. The neck is straight and the truss works as it should.
