A very high end Tokai T-1500RW "Masterclone" 5-string banjo made in Japan in the mid 1980's to replicate Gibson's pre-war era banjos.
The 1987 T-1500RW model seems to have similar specs as the early 80's T-1200R, beautiful inlays on an ebony fingerboard with a nice mahogany neck. Received a full professional restring and setup prior to listing, there's some tarnishing on the hardware as pictured but it's fully functional and sounds great. Includes the original fitted case, weighs 5.5kg's.
