Made in Japan in the late 80's, the MBX model was only sold within Japan and was the headless variant of the Motion B series.
Nice compact body with a maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, medium 820mm scale length with 24 frets and a 38mm brass nut, it weighs a reasonable 3.5kg's. Looks to be all original with the factory Yamaha headless system and passive bass humbuckers (with coil split functionality on a push pull).
Very good used condition as pictured with light use over the years, frets have plenty of life with light play wear, truss is adjustable and the neck is straight.
