A very rare limited run production made in 1981 by the Matsumoku factory and sold by Aria Pro II that blended a classic style neck with a modern body. We've never seen these in a catalog but have found a few images online of other models, they appear to likely be either a store order model or a custom order option, definitely not a parts build!
Solid "Random Star" body bolted to a Strikin Sound '62 reissue Stratocaster neck with a 21 fret veneer rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.5kg's. Loaded with the original factory loaded Dimarzio Super Distortion humbuckers with a three-way mini toggle and master volume control along with a Stratocaster style bridge and Aria Pro II stamped vintage tuners.
Seemingly all original, it's in very good vintage condition as pictured with a few bumps and dings but no breaks or repairs. The frets are shiny and smooth and were polished prior to listing, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts as it should. The finish has some light sticker tan but it's not too prominent in most lighting.
