Made in Japan in November 1981, the Greco SE-380's are a fantastic example of why Fender employed Fujigen to manufacture their Japanese models. Late 1981 and early 1982 Fender-style models from Greco are among the most desirable due to their similarities in both quality and specifications to the Fender models that began production only months later.
The SE-380 features a solid basswood body bolted to a '57 profile maple neck (7.25" radius, 43mm nut width) and this one weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with a set of aftermarket Lace Sensor pickups as pictured along with some new pots and wiring.
This is one of almost 50 guitars that we recently acquired from an Australian collector who kept most of his guitars safely stashed away and only used them very lightly at home.
Good vintage condition with light signs of wear and tear as pictured including light surface scuffs. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts well, the frets are vintage but are shiny and smooth and play well.
