Made by the Fujigen factory only a few months before Fender Japan started their production in the same factory! The Greco SE-800 was a high end model in the catalog and features what looks like a two-piece ash body with a one-piece maple neck, weighs 3.4kg's. Looks to be all original (except for maybe the 5-way pickup toggle), stock aluminium pickguard, Maxon single coil pickups, Greco stamped vintage tuners and stamped saddles.
Beautiful natural relic on the neck, fingerboard and body from years of honest play. Frets have plenty of life and play smoothly with light wear and pitting, neck is smooth and straight with an adjustable truss. Has reasonably new strings installed and plays well as it sits.
