Made by the Fujigen factory for Greco's 1981 catalog, the SS-600 was an emulation of the Norlin-era Gibson SG from the mid 1970's. With a solid mahogany body set to a slim quartersawn mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (12" radius), it weighs 3.1kg's. The hardware seems to be all original with Greco branded tuners, Maxon stamped PU-2 humbuckers and a harmonica bridge, it's missing the pickguard and has some aftermarket pickup rings and knobs installed.
Well loved condition as pictured with some signs of wear and tear but no breaks or repairs. Some finish has been removed at some point on the upper horn and there's a few dings around the edges, received a full professional setup and service prior to listing. The neck is straight and the truss works as it should, the frets are shiny and smooth with light wear but plenty of life left.
