Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1984, the PE series was Aria Pro II's attempt at creating a "professional" version of the Les Paul with a contoured body and improved features.
Solid maple body with a carved top and heel-less cutaway set to a slim 60's style maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length, 43mm bone nut), it weighs 4.6kg's. Factory loaded with a Kahler tremolo system and Aria Pro II branded tuners along with some aftermarket covered Schaller Golden 50 passive humbuckers.
Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing including a truss adjustment, fretboard oil and fret polish. There's plenty of life in the frets and the neck is straight with a smooth action, there's some light cosmetic wear as pictured but overall it's in very good vintage condition with no breaks or repairs.
