Made in Japan right in the peak of the Fender JV era, the ST652 was a very rare Squier model from the Contemporary series. Wearing a full Candy Apple Green finish on the alder body and maple neck with a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length, 10" radius), it weighs 3.7kg's. Loaded with a pair of Fender Dragster humbuckers and the seldom seen "Les Paul" style control layout. This one is missing the locking string tree system but still has a fully functional original END ROX Stratocaster tremolo system.
Received a professional setup and service prior to listing, neck is straight and plays super smooth, plenty of life left in the frets. Good overall cosmetic condition as pictured with plenty of sparkle in the Candy Apple Green finish.
