Made in Japan in the early 1980's, the Washburn A10 was a mid-range model from the Stage Series. Ash body with a maple top wearing an aged white finish with matching cream binding, set maple neck with the famous V profile and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length, 42mm nut width), it weighs 3.5kg's. Loaded with aftermarket Super Distortion style humbuckers and George Washburn branded tuners, it previously had an aftermarket tremolo system installed but now has the original bridge back in there.
Well loved vintage condition with a few cosmetic dings as pictured, given a full professional setup and service prior to listing including a fretboard oil, fret polish and truss adjustment. The trem routing was filled by the previous owner with a wood block glued into the route along with a backplate for aesthetic reasons (and to hold the string ball ends secure). Rock solid repair and holds tune perfectly.
This actually belongs to our tech Vaughan and he's reluctant to sell it because it's super vibey, grab it before he changes his mind..
