Made in Japan in 1984, the TSG50 was Tokai's reissue of the Norlin era '76 Gibson SG design. The previous owner went to town with some hobby supplies to create their version of "The Fool", but it appears easily removeable if you're so inclined. Faded white finish on a mahogany body with a medium profile mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (10" radius), it weighs 3kg's. Loaded with the original Tokai PAF '57 humbuckers and Japanese hardware (including a harmonica style bridge), it appears to be close to all original other than the previously mentioned paintwork.
Good vintage condition, received a full professional setup and service prior to listing. The neck is straight and the frets are work but still have life, the truss adjusts freely and it plays great as it sits.
