Made by the Fujigen factory in 1986 as part of the Fender Japan "E Series" that are referred to by many as some of the best Japanese guitars ever made. This '62 reissue wears a worn Daphne Blue finish on the body that is now much closer to a mint green due to fading over the years. Appears to be an alder body with a maple neck and 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.7kg's. The previous owner upgraded the pickups to a set of Fender USA Noiseless single coils along a new set of pots.

Good used condition for a 30+ year old guitar as pictured with a few cosmetic bumps and dings from regular use. Restrung and given a basic service prior to listing. Truss works well and the frets were polished, they show plenty of wear and pitting but still play smoothly as it sits. Alternatively you can contact us for a refret quote if you'd like it done prior to purchase.
