Made in Japan in 1986, the MB-III was part of the Motion B series from Yamaha of short scale basses with compact bodies. Rounded ash body with a maple neck and 24 fret rosewood fingerbard (820mm scale length), weighs 3.7kg's. Loaded with a pair of passive PJ pickups controlled by volume, tone and pickup blend controls.
Good used condition as pictured with some basic signs of wear from likely home use. Frets are smooth and the neck is straight with a freshly oiled fingerboard.
