Made by the Fujigen factory in 1987, this is a well loved "players grade" '62 Reissue Precision Bass sold to the Japanese market by Fender Japan. Alder body with an oval shape maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius, 42mm nut width), it weighs 4kg's.
Loaded with Basslines pickups and full sized pots with cloth wiring and a PIO tone capacitor along with reverse machine heads and spiral saddles, it appears have had a nitro overspray that's relic'd heavily over time as pictured. Plenty of signs of play wear, neck is straight and the truss works as it should, the frets were polished and the guitar was restrung prior to listing.
