Made famous by Duff McKagan, the Fender Japan Jazz Bass Special was a hybrid that combined two of Fender's famous bass styles. Black painted ash body with a maple neck (39mm nut width) and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.8kg's. Passive PJ pickups controlled by independent volume controls and a master tone knob.
Lightly used condition as pictured with some finish wear and tear from basic use, received a full setup and service prior to listing. The frets are shiny and the neck is straight with an adjustable truss, the finish is clean and glossy with some slight blemishes here and there but overall it presents well for it's age.
