Made by the Fujigen factory in 1991, this ST57 model was a mid-high end catalog model '57 reissue from Fender Japan.
Alder body with a maple neck shaped with the classic '57 slim C neck profile (7.25" radius, 43mm nut, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with the original Fender USA ST-VINTAGE single coils, vintage style tuners and Fender stamped saddles.
Lightly used condition for a 30 year old build as pictured with only a few dings/bumps as pictured. The finish is clean and there are no breaks or repairs. Given a full setup and service prior to listing including a fret polish and truss adjustment, plenty of life in the frets and a nice straight neck with low action. The neck was buffed and lightly sanded by the previous owner to give the guitar a smooth feel in the hand.
