The 540R-HH was part of the Radius series introduced by Ibanez in 1988 and enjoyed by Satriani for a number of years. Made in Japan by Fujigen as part of the Roadstar Pro series, these feature a basswood body with an Ultra profile maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), weighs 3.3kg's. Loaded with a pair of factory Ibanez USA F1 humbuckers controlled by master volume/tone knobs and a three-way selector, this one seems all original except for a pair of aftermarket knobs.
Good overall used condition as pictured, given a basic setup and service prior to listing, frets have plenty of play-wear from the previous shredder but still have life in them and are shiny, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should. Has three cosmetic bumps on the top contour as pictured, all are smooth to touch and are purely cosmetic.
