Paul Gilbert's longest running signature model, the PGM300 was made by the Fujigen factory from 1991 until 2004. This is a 1992 build with the classic aged white finish on a solid basswood body bolted to a Wizard profile maple neck with a 24 fret fingerboard (jumbo nickel frets, 44mm nut width, 648mm scale length), weighs 3.5kg's.
Loaded with the original Dimarzio PAF Pro in the neck position and a FS-1 in the middle with an aftermarket Dimarzio Double Whammy in the bridge position. The original Lo-Pro Edge tremolo still works perfectly and the pots/wiring sound good.
Serviced prior to listing including a truss adjustment and fret polish. The frets show signs of wear (as they should on a Gilbert shedder) but are shiny and have life left, the neck is straight and plays nicely with only cosmetic wear.
