According to their catalog, "Rockoon is the high performance guitar created by the skilled and uncompromising craftsmanship of Kawai". Essentially these are the boutique style range from Kawai (in collaboration with Schaller) that were made in Japan in the 80's and 90's.
Soft maple body with a bolt-on hard maple neck with a 24 "fret" marked rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.7kg's. Factory loaded with Schaller pickups and a Schaller 3-D4 bridge system, this one appears to be all original as pictured.
Good used condition with some signs of wear and tear but no breaks or repairs. The truss has some room left for adjustment and the neck is straight, restrung with fresh flatwounds prior to listing.
