Made by the Fujigen factory in 1993, the ST62-53 was Fender Japan's base model '62 Reissue Stratocaster. Vintage White finish on a basswood body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius), it weighs 3.5kg's. Loaded with the original Fender Japan ceramic single coil pickups controlled by a 5-way selector.
Good overall condition for a 30 year old guitar as pictured. Restrung and given a basic service prior to listing. Truss works well and the frets were polished, they have life left and play smoothly with some pitting and playwear. The pots were flushed and lubed and the jack was cleaned so it sounds great.
