Made by the Fujigen factory in 1993, this Fender TL-STD was the Japanese version of an American Standard. 21 frets on a maple neck with a basswood body that wears a sanded and relic'd black finish, it weighs 3.3kg's. Fender Japan pickups with Gotoh tuners and a toploader bridge.
Well used condition as pictured with visible cosmetic bumps and scuffs on the body and some wear to the frets, restrung and given a basic service prior to listing. Truss works well and the frets were polished, pots were flushed and lubed and the jack was cleaned. A previous owner gave four frets a very light partial scallop, not sure why but it's not overly notable when playing.
