Japanese made in 1993, this is a limited edition variant of the early model RG-550's from Ibanez with a rare reverse headstock. Basswood body with a slim maple neck and a 24 fret maple fingerboard with dot inlays, it weighs 3.7kg's. This one has been loaded with a set of Dimarzio X2N humbuckers flanking a Dimarzio Satch Track rail humbucker in the middle positions so it absolutely screams! Still features what look to be the original Floyd Rose Edge system and Gotoh tuners and factory pots/wiring.
Good overall used condition as pictured, given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, frets have plenty of life, smooth and shiny with basic wear. The neck is straight and it plays with a smooth, low action. There's a few stickers on the body as pictured that would be easily removable.
