A Telecaster made by the famous Fujigen factory in fairly limited numbers over the years, the TLG80 was a very classy model from Fender Japan. Based on the USA-made 1980 Fender Telecaster design, these were made with a Basswood body, painted maple neck and a dark Rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius, 43.5mm nut width), weighs just under 4kg's. Full gold hardware loadout with an ashtray-style bridge, Japanese made tuners, a Fender Japan ST-CURRENT single coil in the neck position and an aftermarket Wilkinson single coil in the bridge position.
Appears to be all original other than the previously mentioned pickup and is in very clean condition for a 30 year old guitar. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the frets are clean with some light pitting but plenty of life, truss works well and the neck is straight.
