Made by the Fujigen factory in 1994, the LPS-57C was one of the ObG models that's a significant step up from the standard Orville models. Orville by Gibson models are critically acclaimed as they offer authorised Gibson style and specs coupled with the famous Japanese craftsmanship.
Mahogany body with a sunburst plain maple top, long tenon slim 60's mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.9kg's. Loaded with a pair of original Gibson humbuckers and electronics along with Japanese pots, hardware and vintage style tuners, this one seems to be all original as pictured with the exception of the third inlay, truss rod cover and strap buttons.
Has a few bumps and dings as pictured but no breaks or repairs. Restrung and given a professional service prior to listing, plays great and the original humbuckers sound very nice. Neck is straight and the truss works well, frets are smooth with some pitting but have plenty of life, fret edge binding is still in tact.
