The S540FM was a Japanese made model from the Ibanez Saber "S" series of slim superstrats produced by the Fujigen factory during the 1990's.
Flamed maple top and back on a mahogany body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (jumbo frets, 648mm scale length, Super Wizard profile), it weighs a super nimble 3.3kg's. Loaded with a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo with a locking nut, Ibanez Quantum HSH and Gotoh tuners.
Good used condition as pictured with only basic signs of wear and tear from general use. The frets are shiny and play well with plenty of life left and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. There's some small stress cracks in the back of the neck that's very common on these models, no issues with stability and not noticeable in the hand.
