Made by the Cort factory in Korea in the mid 1990's in an effort to restore the Squier brand with some higher quality models. The Protone Thinline Telecaster was the result of this "rebranding" and featured a semi-hollow ash body bolted to a C profile maple neck with a 21 fret maple fingerboard (medium jumbo frets, 9.5" radius), weighs 3kg's.
This one is in very clean condition for it's age with basic wear and tear as pictured from general use. The neck is nice and straight and the truss rod adjusts as it should, the frets are smooth with plenty of life left.
