Designed by JT Riboloff (who worked at the R&D department of Gibson), this is one of the Mona models that was ordered with the "Rock n Roll To Go" package that included a hard case with a 10w amplifier and 6" speaker.
Made in Korea by the Samick factory in 1999, the Mona features a "Tonium" body with a composite bolted to a maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale) and weighs 2.8kg's. Loaded with the original "Lightning Slidebar" lipstick single coils controlled by a three-way selector and master volume/tone controls.
Overall it's in very clean vintage condition with only light signs of general use. The frets are shiny and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. The amplifier works well on the included power supply (although the supply is for use in Korea/Japan so you'll need to buy an Aussie one to use it here, or you can use batteries).
