Japanese made in 2001 by the Fujigen factory, these Epiphone models proudly wear the full traditional "open book" headstock that not many "budget" models usually do. Why? Maybe because Gibson knew these were closer to a Gibson than any other Epiphone model they'd made.
Built with a solid maple top that wears a laminate flame "Heritage Cherry Sunburst" finish, solid mahogany body, slim 60's mahogany neck (long tenon), 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (12" radius, 43mm nut width), it weighs 4.1kg's. This one appears to be all original with the original humbuckers, pots and wiring along with Japanese hardware.
Very clean condition for it's age as pictured with only basic signs of wear from general use. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing. The frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss.
