One of the original Gibson SG Gothic models made for a few short years in the early 2000s. Solid Honduran Mahogany body with a satin black nitro finish, 1-pc quartersawn mahogany neck with a '50s rounded profile, ebony fingerboard with a single inlay on the 12th fret, weighs 3kg's. Loaded with the original 490R/490T humbuckers and Grover tuners.
This one's been heavily used over the years by a friend of the shop in Japan. It came to us with a crack in the body as pictured that was professionally clamped, cleaned and glued prior to receiving a basic setup and service. A players grade guitar that lives up to it's name as it's a really comfortable player with a lovely sound. The frets have some light pitting but are shiny and play well, truss works as it should and the neck is straight.
