Made in the USA in 2005, the SG Classic model was a Musicians Friend exclusive for many years with not too many making it overseas. Made with a beveled Honduran Mahogany body wearing a "Heritage Cherry" nitrocellulose lacquer finish set to a rounded 50's profile mahogany neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (43mm nut width, 12" radius), it weighs 3.2kg's.
Loaded with the original Gibson P90's and original US hardware along with a set of upgraded Kluson tuners (originals still included), it's a tidy guitar for it's age with only light sigs of wear from general use and no breaks/repairs. The truss works as it should and the neck is straight, the frets are shiny and smooth with light wear but plenty of life left.
