Made in the USA in 2006, this is a V1 model Highway 1 Telecaster made just prior to Fender's revision of the model in 2007. Nitro finish on an alder body with some beautiful natural relic, a players grade guitar that looks and feels better than most factory relic models for a fraction of the custom shop price.
Satin finish maple neck with a 43mm nut width, medium jumbo frets and a nice C profile, it weighs 3.5kg's. Loaded with the original Fender Alnico single coils and CTS pots along with a chrome three-piece bridge and three-way selector.
True honest players grade condition as pictured with plenty of natural wear to the neck and body. Restrung with 11-52's prior to listing along with a fret polish and truss adjustment. The frets have heavy wear and pitting but still play well as they sit.
