Made in Japan in 2010, this was one of Fender's modern releases of the Richie Blackmore model ST72 that has been in and out of their catalog for over 30 years. Solid basswood body with a maple neck and 21 fret scalloped rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with an aftermarket set of Fender Noiseless pickups and a set of locking Schaller tuners to go with the original Fender bridge.
Restrung and given a setup/service prior to listing with a truss adjustment, fretboard oil, fret polish and electronics flush. The frets have some light wear but play smooth and the neck is straight.
