Made in Japan by Edwards (under the watchful eyes of ESP), this is an artist model for Takayoshi Ohmura, a Japanese guitarist who has played with the likes of Babymetal and Marty Friedman. "Twinkle Pink" could be the best finish we've ever seen in person.
A quote from Ohmura from the ESP website:
This model is almost the same as the ESP SNAPPER Ohmura Custom that I usually use in terms of appearance and playability, which is especially important to me. However, for a more all-around playing style, the fingerboard is not half-scalloped (you can modify it later!). The pegs are also GOTOH magnum locks, so string replacement is quick and easy! I also like the thick grip. It's a great guitar that can be used in the studio or on stage from the day you receive it. I would like everyone to get their hands on it.
Alder body with a maple neck, rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, 12" radius, 648mm scale length, 42mm nut width), weighs 3.5kg's. The body is routed to accommodate a HH pickguard should you want to change that. Gotoh SG360-07 MG-T locking tuners with a gold Gotoh bridge, it's loaded with three Seymour Duncan SSL-1 pickups and a three-way switch.
For a guitar made 8 years ago, it looks to be virtually unused and in showroom condition. Frets are close to perfect and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. These are only available within Japan and have an RRP of 205,000jpy.
