Based on a design originally conceived by legendary Japanese guitarist Michiya Haruhata alongside the Fender Custom Shop, this is a Japanese made 2020 model of the Haruhata Stratocaster aimed at being a far more affordable option that's still loaded with modern features.
Ash body with a quilt maple top, it wears a "Trans Pink" polyester finish that is a little closer to red than traditional pink. Maple neck with a slight V profile and a urethane satin finish, 22 fret fingerboard (medium jumbo frets, 42mm nut width), it weighs 3.9kg's. Factory loaded with a Gotoh locking tremolo system and Fender "F Stamped" tuners.
The pickups and wiring are incredible in these with a DiMarzio Fred DP153 in the bridge, a Custom Shop Texas Special single coil in the middle and a DiMarzio Air Norton DP193 in the neck position. They're controlled by three knobs and a 5-way selector (Master Volume, Middle Pickup Volume, Master Tone with Push-Push Switch for Neck Pickup ON/OFF) so you'll never run out of options.
Near perfect condition with light signs of wear as pictured. Plays and sounds great and appears all original except for the new locks on the nut.
