The build quality is superb, delivering an incredible sounding guitar in a small package. The top is solid Sitka Spruce, a clear and balanced tonewood with huge projection. Solid Queensland Maple back and sides give the EM-12 warmth, clarity and an even response from lows to highs. The overall tone is crisp, clear and punchy and presents itself as a brilliant performance guitar or as a guitar that stands on its own acoustically.
Add Maton's AP5 pickup system and you have an instrument that will perform flawlessly in a live situation. Comes complete with a custom made Maton case.
